DJ-Classifieds 3.9.1 update brings new features and many changes

We have prepared an update of DJ-Classifieds to version 3.9.1, adding several useful features and many improvements and fixes.

We want to remind you that the DJ-Classifieds component has been fully compatible with Joomla 4 for some time now.

All active DJ-Classifieds extension subscribers can download and use the latest 3.9.1 version stable.

Advertisers can now receive email notifications if their adverts' promotions are about to expire.

To enable this feature set the new 'Notification about advert's promotion expiration' parameter to 'Yes':

Content of the email can be set in the new dedicated email template:

If using the 'Default category' parameter in the 'Add item' menu item, you can now set this category to be the only one available, on this particular menu item:

Additionally, since users will not have an option to change the category, the category select field won't be displayed at all.

This could be helpful if you plan to have multiple 'Add item' menu items, each for adding items to separate categories.

Note: if you're using an old override of the Add item view (pre 3.9 ver.), this feature won't work.

The Regions module now allows to display only regions that have active ads assigned to them:

There is now a 'Renew' button next to the user's expired plan, on the 'User subscription plans' page:

Along with the DJ-Classifieds AIO package, the following DJ-Classifieds extensions have been updated to 3.9.1 version:
