Joomla! templates based on EF4 framework ver. 4.5 just updated.

All Joomla! templates based on EF4 Framework are updated. 

Since we've released the new EF4 Framework 4.5 version with tons of improvements templates required some code adjustments. 
We've also implemented to quickstart packages the new updated Joomla extensions that have beed improved recently with new features (DJ-MegaMenu) or fixes for better page speed performance (DJ-MediaTools, DJ-Tabs).
