Custom HTML location and other

I am curious how to resolve following issues:

1/ I've created 4 custom HTML and located two in TOP_MOD1 position and two in TOP_MOD2 position as show on picture attached (just example:-). As you can see left side is bigger comparing righ side. How can I achieve that custom HTML on right side is the sam as custom HTML on the left side?
I've configured "bootstrap size" of all of them to 6, but no effect at all.

2/ how can I locate 4 custom HTML into the TOP_MOD1 and TOP_MOD2 in order to have all these pictures showed in attachment in one row?

3/ how can I remove DOTTED LINES (separators) as showed on the picture?

4/ probably I don't understand properly the way of working with less/css. General question (example from point 3): I would like to remove dotted lines. Therefore I use Firebug in Firefox to see the CSS code. Firebug says (#jm-top-mod .jm-module-in:after {border-top: 1px dotted #CCCCCC} on row 2006 in template.css. BUT when I open template.less (as I am using Joomla 3.x), it can't be found there and row 2006 doesn't exist in less file. Of course it can be found in template.css file, but if updated directly in css, no effect (that should be expected behavior of Joomla 3.x as I understand). So how can I find this particular code in LESS file, please?

Thank you very much for your great support!

1. Bootstrap size is disabled on this position. To change modules width you need to edit layout.less file and change values for '#jm-top-mod1' and '#jm-top-mod2'. See screenshot below.

2. Need to edit 'tpl/middlebar.php' and change these 2 positions to 1 position which use our class 'DJModuleHelper' (see bottom1.php for example). This is a lot of adjustments. You can use our customization service. Let us know in ticket if you will be interested.

3. Need to edit modules.less file and remove ':after' values between lines 225 - 232 and 242 - 249

4. You should search '#jm-top-mod' and '.jm-module-in:after' not the line - located in modules.less file.

Best Regards
