Hi there,
I want to have two separate columns in the "header" area here:
test.etelhordo.hu/eng/

The main idea is to have a "today's offer" and a "quick news".

How is it possible to have a left side and a right side in the header module,
just like it is possible ot have it in the content, footer, etc modules.

Your quick answer is appreciated here.

Kind regards,
Balázs

Hello,
You can edit 'tpl/block/header.php' file and change function :
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="<?php echo $this->getPosition('header'); ?>" style="jmmodule"/>
to
<?php echo $this->renderModules('header','jmmodule'); ?>
Then, you will be able to set Bootstrap size in module options. If you publish 2 modules with Boostrap size 6, you will have 2 modules in one row.

Regards.

hi Artur,
many thanks for getting back.

I've edited the file mentioned by you, but nothing happens - at least nothing visible in the backend editor.

the expected behaviour according to your reply would be that I get the same editable "number of mod. pozitions" at the "header" mod as in the poz for the top1-1 and top1-2 modules.
still, it does not work that way.

attached is the screen shot.

please advise.

cheers,
Balázs

Hello,
If you changed what I mentioned in previous message, then you can set bootstrap size directly in module, not in Layout Builder.

You should publish 2 modules on the same module position (header).
Edit both modules settings and in Advanced tab set Bootstrap Size (eg. to 6 which means 50%).
