Hello everybody,

I need more module positions on my template.

I added a Custom module positions Top 0 and Top 3 . When I assign a module to some of the new module positions it doesn't show in the front-end and in the HTML code.

What I have missed?

I did the foloowing changes to the template files:

1. /tpl/blocks I copied 2 new blocks (from top 1), renamed and changed the code

<?php if($this->countFlexiblock('top3')) : ?>
<div id="jm-top3" class="<?php echo $this->getClass('block#top3'); ?>">
<div class="container-fluid">
<?php echo $this->renderFlexiblock('top3','jmmodule'); ?>
</div>
</div>
<?php endif; ?>

2. In /tpl/default.php I changed the code to

// define default blocks and their default order (can be changed in layout builder)

$blocks = $this->getBlocks('top-bar,system-message,header,top0,top1,top2,top3,breadcrumb,main,bottom,footer-mod,footer', 'comingsoon');

3. In templatedetails.xml I added new positions

<position>top0-1</position> etc for the new positions.

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Probably you only need to add new positions in Layout Builder.
Your new blocks should be visible at the bottom of the Layout Builder page, drag and drop these blocks 'on layout' and save settings.

Have a nice day.
