How do I disable that message?

Hello folks!

I have one big problem that I can't figure out how to solve...
here is the webpage: www.loft-guesthouse.ch
On home, german and English site, I have a message at the bottom telling me I can disable this part at basic settings, disable component etc. but it wont tell me what to disable.
When I remove the components part in layout builder, then its gone. but also gone will be my gallery if you go on offers.

Can anyone please help me out? I hope its very simple and easy.. but I can't get it straight..
