Hello,
If you want 4 different modules on position 'content-top1' then you need to edit template layout.

But if only needed it for animated buttons, then you can make one custom html module with all animated buttons as you like (just paste all codes in module).

Hello,
You need to edit file 'template/name/index.php' and change number of modules in one row for this position (2 -> 4).
More details on screenshot.
Next you need to edit 'template/name/css/modules.css' and add css :
#jm-content-top1 .rowcount_3 .content-top1-in {
    width: 33.3%;
    float: left;
}

#jm-content-top1 .rowcount_4 .content-top1-in {
    width: 25%;
    float: left;
}
