Have to edit template/yourtemplatename/index.php and delate the proper code at the bottom of the file

Sorry but we do not provide such trainings

Use any code editor to check index.php , then find the following code:

<div id="jm-design">
					Joomla templates: <a title="Joomla Templates" target="_blank" onfocus="this.blur();" href="http://joomla-monster.com">Joomla Templates</a> by Joomla-Monster.com
				</div>

at the bottom of the file.
