Hi, my administrator login page has been replaced with an HTTP 500 error page (mysite.co.uk/administrator). Can you tell me how I can fix this? Or can you tell me the route to the correct folder in the FTP so I can replace it with a back up?

Thanks Dan

Hi,

We replied to you message yesterday but got the message that the mail was not delivered.
So please check your mail address in your account.
Also login to your account to check our responses to your tickets.

Our message:
It's 500 error massage that mean that something is not correct for your server - it may be for example any modification you recently did, any recently installed extension etc., I have no idea what you did.

I do not know what you mean by providing you "the exact route in the FTP to the folder the login page should be kept in so I can replace it from a back up" . It's not about the php login page, you should get know the problem reason first.

You can contact your hosting provider to ask them to check server logs.

You can also order our service.
