I'm wondering where I can change the color of active links in my articles? (not red.....) I'm assuming this is in the template/css folder somewhere, but I'm not sure which file it's in. Please be as specific as possible as to which file and which tag to edit. Thank you in advance for your response.

Hi, the color of the links should be modified in reset.css file of the template.
I suggested you using getfirebug.com/ , so consider to do it since this great tool helps to localize the css style, file and the line number where the code is placed.
There is no sense to look through the all template files since the tool gives the exact location of the css style.

where can I find the color code for the light pink background on the main content page? I can't find it anywhere. Thank you for your help!

Hi,

Have you tried to find it with firebug?
Since I had no problems with it using firebug that I recommended to use in the previous post.
Anyway, the background is divided into 3 parts, one of them is shown in the screenshot below:
