Hello,
I bought a template called JM-Real-Estate-Classifieds about a month ago and i want change the house icon and real estate text located in the upper right hand corner.

Hello,

This is a logo file of this template. If you want to replace it with your own file, just overwrite the logo.png file in the "images" directory of the template.

you mean in the directory

httpdocs/templates/jm-real-estate-classifieds/images

I did that but did not change anything

Hello,

Yes, exactly this directory.
Please make sure that:
1) your logo file has the *.png extension
2) your FTP server permission settings allow to overwrite the logo.png file
