Hello,

In order to change the width of the header boxes, you will have to prepare a new background for those boxes by editing the provided .psd file. Then some changes in css styles will be needed as well e.g. the width of #jm-header-box1, #jm-header-box2, #jm-header-box3, #jm-header-box4 (modules.css file) and the width of #jm-header (layout.css file). I recommend you to use the Firebug extension for the Firefox browser, with this great tool you are able to inspect any part of the webiste and check for the code or css style.

Regards,
Marcin

Thanks. I had already changed the graphic, and had played with the dimensions in the text header css. However, I am still having trouble defining the width and position of the boxes. You can probably see what I am attempting to do here:

www.averymerrybirthday.org/index.php

I'd like to position the boxes better in the balloons and make them more narrow. I just can't figure out which parameters would make this change...I've tried just about everything.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hello,

Have you tried with the Firebug? It would be much easier to achieve your dream result.
You can play with the bottom margin atrribute for #jm-header-box2 .jm-header-box-bot (modules.css line 142) to get the bottom balloon's content higher:
#jm-header-box2 .jm-header-box-bot {
    background: url("../images/header-box2-bot.png") no-repeat left bottom transparent;
    margin-bottom: 60px;
    padding: 10px 10px 10px 100px;
}

In order to position a text inside the balloons, I suggest you to play with the padding attribute for the div class .jm-header-box-in of the proper balloon module.

Regards,
Marcin
