Hi,

I want to make some changes on the template which is JM-Beauty centre.
I realise that I need to edit less files instead of css in joomla 3.4.
However, I can't find the specific codings in less files.
I think I need to create an override files or a custom css file, do i name them as custom.less?
Do i do it in FTP or in joomla backend system?
We have just upgraded our site from joomla 2.x to 3.4 so I am quite new to .less.
If you could let me know step by step how to create a overrides that would be really helpful.
Thank you.

Regards

Hello,
Yes, in Joomla 3.x you should use less instead css.
What does it mean ?
All CSS files are generated automatically from LESS.
If you modify css, then your changes will be overwritten by less.

If you want add your own styles, you need to create text file 'custom.less'
in '/joomla/templates/jm-template/less/' directory. In this file you can add styles - modifications.
