EF4 framework plugin updated to 4.3 version. New useful improvements added!

We've released the update for EF4 framework. The new version inlcludes several improvements that web developers will find important for sure. 

While coding the new template JM Computers and Electronics VirtueMart Store we've struggled a problem with overriding template ID by VirtueMart component that unabled ThemeCustomizer to work correctly. That's why we've decided to add the function to have our own template ID.

Another improvement relates to the problem with generating source map on each page while Developer Mode was enabled that affect the site load time.

There were also other small changes added needed to done after Joomla 3.4 release.
