You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Joomla-Monster.com or Design-Joomla.eu. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

2. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove our copyright from the footer of the templates if needed. No use of our trademarks is granted under this Agreement. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.

3. Unauthorized use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a CD, diskette, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Joomla-Monster.com or Design-joomla.eu. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.

4. Updates

All templates are prepared for the latest version of the software they are designed for, we give no guarantee that the templates will run with previous versions of those platforms.

5. Refund policy

Since Joomla-Monster.com and Design-joomla.eu is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing the templates or extensions at our site.However, if the file you downloaded is corrupted please download the package once again, using the ID you received in confirmation mail, here, If the downloaded template does not work and your server meets recommended Joomla requirements the cost of the template will be refunded.

6. Support

Joomla-Monster.com and Design-joomla.eu templates and extensions are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. Further, we offer no free support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc. Private customer forums are available at our forums. Joomla-Monster.com and Design-joomla.eu does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.

We try to keep our terms as simple as possible.

2. Code is delivered as it is.
3. In case of bugs - corrections will be made in 7 business days from the date of filing.
4. Forum is applicable only for products from our shop.
5. We don’t share data entered by the customer, its only used for transaction purposes - all data is stored securely.
6. All prices are gross prices, including tax, if required for the region.
7. Sales system uses Cookies,  which are temporarily stored on the server.
8. We do not store any credit cards numbers or other financial data - we use secure paypal system.
9. You can use the templates provided by the shop for one domain (one-domain license) with the right to self-modifications, the purchase of a template is not synonymous with the transfer of copyright, whether the changes were made by the user or not.
