If you are EU customer, the templates' prices contain 20 % VAT tax.
If you would like to get back the tax amount, provide us a documentation of your VAT number. ( excluding UK customers )
We will verify it and send you the amount of tax difference on your paypal account.

If you do not own paypal account, provide us your VAT number before making the purchase.
We will verify it and assign you to special customers group to let you buy without tax.

You should contact us within 2 weeks after the purchase.

Private customer from EU (incl. vendor's country): must pay VAT.
Private and business customer from outside EU: no VAT.
Business customer from EU, but not from the vendor's country: no VAT.
Business customer from EU and from the vendor's country: must pay VAT.

Hi,
If your company owns EU Vat number, please provide us the number at info

joomla-monster.com before ordering the template. To be verified before paying, so you will not need to pay tax.

You can also order and pay for the template and then apply for tax return. Note, that if you do not own paypal address, contact us before purchasing since it is required to send money.

Hi

We understand that we should not pay VAT because it is "Business customer from EU, but not from the vendor's country." Our head office is in Spain, and is different from the country of the seller (in this case, you are in UK).
